This is an appeal of a determination by the Department of Early Education and Care finding Joshua Cowrd, a son of Patricia Coward, to be unsuitable as a household member and thus barred him for working in her daycare. EEC counsel has informed me that the Department has reconsidered and will issue a finding of suitability for Joshua Coward that will allow him to return to living in Patricia Coward’s home and to act as an assistant in her daycare. Considering this settlement, I dismiss the appeal as moot. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, § 14, the parties have thirty (30) days after receipt of notice of the final decision to file an appeal with the Superior Court Department of the Trial Court.
