Order of Dismissal

Christienne DaSilva appealed MTRS’s refusal to allow him to purchase creditable service for three years of work at a charter school.  In March 2022, MTRS sent Ms. DaSilva an invoice to purchase her work at the charter school.  Ms. DaSilva never filed a withdrawal. 

MTRS’s action allowing Ms. DaSilva’s service purchase request makes the appeal moot, and I am therefore conditionally dismissing it.  See 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.  The dismissal will become final by April 18, 2025 unless by that date Ms. DaSilva files a request to keep the appeal open and states what issues remain to be resolved.  If Ms.

DaSilva agrees with the dismissal, she need take no action.
