Order of Dismissal

The Petitioner appeals the Department of Early Education and Care’s (EEC) determination that Darinel Infante is unsuitable for licensure, employment, or affiliation with an EEC licensed program.       

A telephone pre-hearing conference was scheduled for June 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM.  EEC appeared for the conference, but Petitioner did not. 

On that same date, I ordered Petitioner to show cause no later than July 10, 2026 why she failed to appear for the conference.  I informed Petitioner that if she failed to show good cause, then her appeal would be dismissed.

Petitioner did not respond to the order to show cause.  Petitioners’ appeal is therefore dismissed for failure to prosecute.
