Order of Dismissal

On November 3, 2025, the Division of Administrative Law Appeals notified Desiree Ortiz that a prehearing conference would occur on December 3, 2025.

On December 3, 2025, Ms. Ortiz did not appear at the prehearing conference.

On January 26, 2026, I ordered Ms. Ortiz to show cause by February 5, 2026 why her appeal should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution.

Not having heard further from Ms. Ortiz, I dismiss her appeal.
