Order of Dismissal

Petitioner DeLisi filed an appeal seeking to purchase contract service with the Department of Mental Health from 2008 to 2013. On March 18, 2024, I sent him a notice ordering him to file a response to the Board’s Motion to Dismiss. I gave him until April 17, 2024 to respond. No response was received.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
