Order of Dismissal

To the Petitioner:

By letter dated October 22, 2024, the Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System (“MTRS”) declined to grant Kristen D’Entremont a retroactive retirement date of June 30, 2024.  Ms. D’Entremont appealed that determination.

The Division of Administrative Law Appeals (“DALA”) first issued an Order to Show Cause, but did not receive a response from the Petitioner. DALA then issued an Order of Conditional Dismissal (“Order”) dated April 18, 2025.  The Order of Conditional Dismissal directed the Petitioner to file a response with DALA by Friday, May 2, 2025, or the appeal would be dismissed for failure to prosecute.

To date, DALA has not received any response to the Order of Conditional Dismissal.  Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute.
