Order of Dismissal

The Petitioner appealed the Boston Retirement System’s denial of his application for accidental disability. DALA issued an order to show cause because the Petitioner failed to file a prehearing memorandum by July 16, 2025. DALA instructed the Petitioner to respond by December 5, 2025 and indicated the matter would be dismissed if he failed to provide a valid explanation. No response was received by the deadline.

Accordingly, it is hereby ordered the appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute.
