Order of Dismissal

On the parties’ joint motion, it is hereby ORDERED as follows:

  1. The matter is REMANDED to the board for the purpose of convening a new medical panel.
    1. On remand, to the extent practicable and permissible:  (a) The parties shall arrange for the panel to receive an up-to-date set of medical records; and (b) The board shall convey to the panel its questions about causation as outlined in the board’s proposals by email dated September 25, 2025.
    2. This appeal is hereby DISMISSED.
