Order of Dismissal

The Department of Public Health has moved to dismiss this appeal as moot because, after further review of the matter, it withdrew the finding abuse against Lorna Parchment Wallen.  In light of the Department’s withdrawal of the charge, I dismiss the appeal as moot.  See 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
