Docket Number: | CR-24-0725 |
Petitioner is seeking to purchase previously refunded service time at the Department of Mental Retardation, now called the Department of Developmental Services. When she applied she was no longer a “member in service,” which is required to purchase prior service. Zavaglia v. Gloucester Ret. Bd., CR-09-459, at *5 (DALA Jan. 10, 2014), aff’d (CRAB July 3, 2014).
Consequently, on January 10, 2025, I ordered Petitioner to provide evidence that she was employed by a Chapter 32 government entity when she applied to purchase her refunded service. I informed Petitioner that failure to provide this evidence meant that the appeal would be dismissed.
The Petitioner failed to respond to the January 10, 2025 Order. Accordingly, this matter is hereby DISMISSED.
