Order of Dismissal
Petitioner Sheila Ann Dunn brought this appeal to challenge a July 2015 decision denying her request for “one-time assistance . . . for emergency home repairs.” See 108 C.M.R. § 7.09. That decision is no longer at issue. A new dispute may or may not arise from a separate application for repair costs that Ms. Dunn has not yet submitted. In these circumstances, the appeal is moot. See V.M. v. R.B., 94 Mass. App. Ct. 522, 524-25 (2018); Alaska v. United States Dep’t of Agric., 17 F.4th 1224, 1226 (D.C. Cir. 2021). Accordingly, and by agreement of the parties, it is hereby ORDERED that this appeal is DISMISSED without prejudice to any future appeals arising from related facts.
