Petitioner Jason Ezekiel appeals from the Boston Retirement System’s action concerning the treatment and refund of his retirement contributions associated with his unused personal leave buyback, but he did not specify exactly what aspect of the action he was appealing. On June 20, 2025, I sent him an order to show cause why his appeal should not be dismissed due to his failure to submit a memorandum by June 28, 2024 as ordered. I gave him until July 25, 2025 to respond. No response was received.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
