Order of Dismissal
Petitioner William Gallant filed an appeal seeking to purchase two years of work he performed for an entity now called the Commonwealth Corp. On July 21, 2025, I sent him an order to show cause why his appeal should not be dismissed due to his failure to submit a memorandum by December 6, 2024 as ordered. I gave him until August 22, 2025 to respond. No response was received.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
