Order of Dismissal

Carlos Garcia, who is retired, appealed a notification that he had excess earnings in 2023.  The parties have now entered into a stipulation regarding his excess earnings. This stipulation resolves the dispute about whether he had excess earnings in 2023.  Consequently, I dismiss the appeal as moot.  801 CMR 1.01(6)(g).
