Order of Dismissal
A consolidated order dated July 11, 2025 dismissed the appeals of 86 petitioners. The appeal of petitioner Vianni Gomez is dismissible for the same reasons stated there. In brief, Ms. Gomez seeks to enroll in the benefits program known as Retirement Plus. See G.L. c. 32, § 5(4). She apparently missed an opportunity to enroll in the program under Acts 2022, c. 134, § 3. A prior order required Ms. Gomez and similarly situated petitioners to file memoranda and exhibits in support of their appeals, warning them that failure to comply would result in dismissal for failure to prosecute. See 801 C.M.R. § 1.01(7)(g)(2). The deadline imposed by the prior order has expired, and Ms. Gomez is among the petitioners who have filed no responsive memoranda or other documents.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Ms. Gomez’s appeal, No. CR-25-0129, is DISMISSED.
