Order of Dismissal
This appeal arises from a decision of the State Board of Retirement (Board) denying the petitioner’s request for Group 2 classification for prior service at the Chelsea Soldiers’ Home. The Board has reported that it has reconsidered the petitioner’s request and voted to approve Group 2 classification for that service. Accordingly, this appeal is hereby dismissed as moot, without prejudice. See 801 Code Mass. Regs. § 1.01(6)(g).
