Order of Dismissal
Petitioner Lynn Ireland appeals from the Board’s denial of her ADR application, arguing that the panel did not have the correct job description when it examined her. I held a hearing on December 16, 2026. Afterward, the parties requested that I stay the matter while the Board voted whether to resubmit the application to the medical panel with the correct job description.
On April 15, 2026, the Board notified Ms. Ireland and DALA that it would be resubmitting her application to the medical panel. On that same day, I notified the parties that I would dismiss the appeal as moot unless I heard from them by April 24, 2026. Neither party responded to DALA.
Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed as moot.
