Order of Dismissal
The Petitioner appealed the State Board of Retirement’s (SBR) denial of her request to purchase prior creditable service. SBR found that she was an inactive member of a retirement system. On November 17, 2025, I issued an Order to Show Cause asking the Petitioner to respond by Monday, December 15, 2025. In that Order, I indicated that I may dismiss the matter if she failed to provide a sufficient response. No response was received by the deadline.
Accordingly, I hereby dismiss the Petitioner’s appeal for failure to prosecute.
