Order of Dismissal
On May 11, 2026, the petitioner was ordered to show cause, no later than May 26, 2026, why this appeal should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute as a result of the petitioner’s failure to attend the evidentiary hearing. The order stated that the petitioner’s failure to provide an explanation would result in dismissal of this appeal. The petitioner has not submitted a timely response to the order to show cause.
