Petitioner Raymond Lawless appeals from the Board’s denial of his request to purchase prior service with Quinsigamond Community College from January 22, 2003 to June 1, 2009. The appeal centers on whether the petitioner’s Covid-related delay in filing his service buyback application excuses his failure to file while he was an active member. On June 20, 2025, I sent him an order to show cause why his appeal should not be dismissed due to his failure to submit a memorandum by September 18, 2024 as ordered. I gave him until July 25, 2025 to respond. No response was received.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
