Order of Dismissal
The Medford Public Schools appealed the denial of an involuntary accidental disability retirement application by the Medford Retirement System on behalf of the petitioner Michael Longmore. On May 22, 2025, I sent the school system and Mr. Longmore an order to show cause why the appeal should not be dismissed due to the failure to submit a prehearing memorandum by January 31, 2025 as ordered. I gave the school system and Mr. Longmore until July 11, 2025 to respond. No response was received.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
