Order of Dismissal

Prompted by this appeal, respondent the Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System (MTRS) has enrolled petitioner Wendy Marino in the retirement benefits program known as Retirement Plus.  See G.L. c. 32, § 5(4).  On the basis of that development, MTRS has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal as moot, which Ms. Marino has not opposed.  See Fannie Mae v. Branch, 494 Mass. 343, 347-48 (2024).  It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is ALLOWED and the appeal is DISMISSED.
