ORDER OF DISMISSAL

The petitioner filed an appeal in this case but failed to pay the filing fee.  By letter dated July 1, 2026, the First Administrative Magistrate directed the petitioner either to pay the filing fee of $400, or to seek a waiver of the fee. Failure to take one of those steps, the First Magistrate cautioned, would lead to dismissal of this appeal.  To date, the petitioner has neither paid the fee nor sought a waiver.  The petitioner’s failure to prosecute this appeal means that it is hereby DISMISSED. See 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)(2).
