The stipulations adopted by the parties in their joint motion dated May 6, 2026 are hereby ADOPTED, the motion is hereby ALLOWED, the relief requested there is hereby GRANTED, and more specifically, the civil citations numbered 25-02-147038-001 through -004 are hereby VACATED as to petitioner Giuseppe El Mimouni only. 

For the sake of cautious compliance with G.L. c. 30A, § 11(8), the parties are advised that any appeal from this decision would need to be brought in the Superior Court within 30 days from today.
