Order of Dismissal
The Petitioner appealed the Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System’s denial of her application to purchase prior creditable service because she was not an active member in service when she applied. DALA issued an order to show cause because the Petitioner failed to file a prehearing memorandum by March 21, 2025. DALA instructed the Petitioner to respond by August 22, 2025 and indicated the matter would be dismissed if she failed to provide a valid explanation. No response was received by the deadline.
Accordingly, it is hereby ordered the appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute.
