Order of Dismissal
Petitioner James O’Loughlin appeals from the Boston Retirement System’s action concerning the treatment and refund of his retirement contributions associated with his unused personal leave buyback. Mr. Loughlin mentioned unused vacation time in his appeal, but clarification was needed on what he was appealing. On May 28, 2025, I sent him an order to show cause why his appeal should not be dismissed due to his failure to submit a memorandum by June 14, 2024 as ordered. I gave him until June 27, 2025 to respond. No response was received.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
