Order of Dismissal
The Petitioner appealed the State Board of Retirement’s denial of her application to purchase prior creditable service because she was an employee of a vendor. DALA issued an order to show cause because the Petitioner failed to file a prehearing memorandum by October 1, 2024. DALA instructed the Petitioner to respond by February 7, 2025 and indicated the matter would be dismissed if she failed to provide a valid explanation. No response was received by the deadline.
Accordingly, it is hereby ordered the appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute.
