Order of Dismissal

Petitioner Pound appeals the decision of the State Board of Retirement involving the determination of the designated beneficiary of Michael Gaffney.  On March 21, 2025, I sent him an email ordering him to respond to the Board’s Motion to Dismiss and to submit a pre-hearing memorandum.  I gave him until May 2, 2025 to respond.  No response was received.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute.  801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
