Order of Dismissal
Petitioner Yvette Ram appeals from a decision of the Boston Retirement System denying her application for accidental disability retirement. On November 24, 2025, DALA issued an order to show cause why her appeal should not be dismissed due to her failure to submit a prehearing memorandum by October 30, 2025 as ordered. DALA gave her until December 29, 2025 to respond. No response was received.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
