Order of Dismissal
Petitioner Ramos appeals from a letter issued by the State Board of Retirement for failure to submit his Annual Statement of Earned Income. The letter was not an appealable decision as it was a warning to Mr. Ramos of the consequence of his failure to submit his Annual Statement, rather than a final decision terminating his disability benefits. On January 6, 2025, I sent him an order to show cause why his appeal should not be dismissed for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted. I gave him until January 31, 2025 to respond. No response was received.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
