Order of Dismissal

The petitioners were supposed to have filed a memorandum in their appeal by January 10, 2025. They did not do so. On April 3, 2025, this agency advised the petitioners that their appeal was at risk of being dismissed for failure to prosecute it. On May 6, 2025, I ordered the petitioners to show cause by May 20, 2025 why their appeal should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute it. Not having heard from the petitioners, I dismiss their appeal.
