Order of Dismissal

Petitioner Rolfsema filed an appeal seeking Group 2 classification.  On January 6, 2025, I sent her an order to show cause why her appeal should not be dismissed due to her failure to submit a prehearing memorandum by November 22, 2024 as ordered.  I gave her until February 7, 2025 to respond.  No response was received.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute.  801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
