Order of Dismissal

Jonathan Route filed an appeal after the State Board of Retirement denied his request to have his position as Correction Officer/Head Cook classified in Group 4.  On September 25, 2025, the State Board reconsidered his request and this time granted it. Because Mr. Route has now received the relief he sought, I dismiss his appeal as moot.   801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
