ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Petitioner John Soares appeals the Boston Retirement System’s determination that he was not entitled to retire for accidental disability. On November 3, 2025, the Division of Administrative Law Appeals entered an order to show cause why petitioner’s appeal should not be dismissed owing to his failure to submit a prehearing memorandum by August 8, 2026, as previously ordered. Petitioner was given until December 5, 2025 to respond to the show-cause order. He was then granted an extension of time to respond to the show-cause order, with a resulting final deadline of January 20, 2026. No response was received.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)(3).
