DTA Public Records

Public records enhance access to information. Learn more about how you can request access to public records from the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA).

The best way to submit a Public Records Request (PRR) to the Department of Transitional Assistance is to use our online form. This helps to ensure the fastest and most accurate response to your request.

You can also submit a written request by mail, email, fax, or by hand. Please note that while requests for public records may be made orally in person to a Records Access Officer (RAO), such requests may not be the subject of an appeal. Telephone requests may be accepted at the discretion of the RAO.
