Overview

Our Visions of Employment Webinar aims to provide employers with the knowledge and resources they need to create a supportive workplace for all employees. We will inform employers about the support services we provide before, during, and after the hiring process.

This webinar will feature presentations from MCB’s Employment Services team, employers who have successfully integrated legally blind employees into their workforce, and employees who are legally blind will share their employment experiences.

Topics include:

  • Workplace Accommodations: Guidance on implementing effective and reasonable accommodations to support employees who are legally blind.
  • Training and Resources: Information on training programs, assistive technologies, and other resources provided by MCB to support both employers and employees.
  • Success Stories: Real-life examples and testimonies from employers and legally blind employees highlighting successful employment partnerships.

Meet the Speakers

Meet the employers and employees who will be sharing their experiences and insights. This webinar highlights the powerful partnerships between forward-thinking organizations and talented employees who are legally blind.
