9:50 AM – Report from Associate Executive Director, Colleen Cavanaugh

  • Previously approved PTCO’S with past discipline

10:10 AM- New Cases [Closed Session pursuant to G.L. c. 112, §65C]:

  • Review of Subcommittee Consent Calendar

10:30 AM Final Decision and Order: [Adjudicative conference: closed session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §18, ¶ 5(d)]

New Business:

  • Open Session for Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of meeting.
