Overview of Board of Boiler Rules 11-2-2017 Meeting
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30A, §20, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Boiler Rules will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the Department of Fire Services, Boards & Commissions Room 101, State Road, Stow, MA 01775.
Per M.G.L. Chapter 146, §3, this mandatory meeting is being held to hear petitions for changes to the existing rules made by the Board.
It is anticipated that the following subjects will be discussed at the aforementioned meeting:
- Review of minutes from the meeting on October 12, 2017
- Ratification of inspection extension requests: 1) Twin Rivers Technologies
- Petitions for changes to the Rules pursuant to MGL c. 146 s. 3
- Board discussion/action on petitions or comments received
- Board counsel’s guidance on Board’s regulations on continuing education
- Establishment of Regulations Committee
- Matters not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of the meeting
