Informational note: All votes were taken by roll call. Where each member voted in favor, the vote will be reported as unanimous.

1. Reviewed August 14, 2026 meeting minutes.
   1. A. Reid made a motion, and it was seconded by E. Graham, and the members present by majority VOTED: to approve the minutes as written.

3. Board Counsel Reported:
   1. S. Ciulla introduced himself as new Board Counsel as of September 1 2026.
4. Discussed:
   1. Exam course wavier - N. Tranghese
      1. D. Coppes made a motion to deny due to no relevant experience. Seconded by B. Lukis and the members present, unanimously VOTED.
      2. Motion Passed-Roll Call
   2. Reinstatement examination requirement waiver - P. Kelley
      1. D. Coppes made a motion to approve the request not to require reexamination as part of the reinstatement process for his T2 OIT license, and after reinstatement, the applicant can submit a T2 Full upgrade application.
         Seconded by B. Lukis, and the members present, unanimously VOTED.
      2. Motion Passed - Roll Call
   3. Reinstatement examination requirement waiver - S. Hildreth
      1. D. Coppes made a motion to approve the request not to require reexamination as part of the reinstatement process for his D1 OIT license. 
         Seconded by E. Graham, and the members present, unanimously VOTED.

1. A MOTION was made by D. Coppes, and it was seconded by E. Graham, and the members present unanimously VOTED: to approve all the decisions reflected above.
2. Adjournment – the next meeting is scheduled for October 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
3. D. Coppas made a motion, E. Graham seconded, and the members present unanimously VOTED: to go into Investigative Conference and not return to public meeting.
