   1. D. Flynn made a motion, and it was seconded by J. Cody, and the members present by majority VOTED: to accept the public meeting minutes of April 15th 2026.

   5. Chair Kelly welcomed Sal Ciulla, and Sal introduced himself to the members of the Board as new Board Counsel.
2. Discussed:
   • Update on PSI Examinations from last month
     • Chair P. Kelly noted a larger than usual number of examinations, Executive Director R. Doherty explained that he believed the cause to be from a small backlog of applications that had been stalled from the Board’s migration to the eLIPSE software.
   • November meeting date
     • Chair P. Kelly noted a larger than usual number of examinations, Executive Director R. Doherty explained that he believed the cause to be from a small backlog of applications that had been stalled from the Board’s migration to the eLIPSE software.
     • Meeting is currently scheduled for November 11th, which is Veterans Day. Executive Director R. Doherty suggested rescheduling to November 25th but noted it is the day before Thanksgiving. Chair P. Kelly suggested the 10th. Executive Director R. Doherty will follow up with Board members to confirm Tuesday, November 10th.
3. Discussed other matters not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of the meeting. No matters presented.
4. Adjournment – the next meeting is scheduled for October 14, 2026, at 10:30 A.M.
   • J. Cody made a motion, D. Flynn seconded, and the members present unanimously,
   • VOTED: to close public session and enter executive session and not return to public session.
