Public Hearing Notice  Board of Fire Prevention Regulations Notice of Public Hearing

In accordance with M.G.L. c.148, s. 10, notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be conducted on behalf of the Board of Fire Prevention Regulations at the Department of Fire Services, State Road, Stow, Massachusetts in the Boards and Commissions Room on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of hearing any comments, petitions or suggestions for changes to Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Prevention Code, 527 CMR 1.00. Such comments, petitions or suggestions for consideration of the Board may be submitted orally or in writing at the time and place of said hearing.
