NOTICE OF STATUTORY PUBLIC HEARING
Board of Fire Prevention Regulations Notice of Public Hearing
In accordance with M.G.L. c.148, s. 10, notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be conducted on behalf of the Board of Fire Prevention Regulations (BFPR) at the Department of Fire Services, State Road, Stow, Massachusetts in the Boards and Commissions Room on Thursday, October 7, 2021, 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing any comments, petitions or suggestions for changes to Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Prevention Code, 527 CMR 1.00. Such comments, petitions or suggestions for consideration of the Board may be submitted orally or in writing at the time and place of said hearing or remotely as indicated below in this notice. NOTICE OF MEETING
A regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Fire Prevention Regulations will be held at the Department of Fire Services, 1 State Road, Stow, Massachusetts in the Boards and Commissions Room at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 7, 2021.
The Department of Fire Service will also offer a remote option for the Statutory Public Hearing and the regular meeting of the BFPR through WebEx.
