BOARD OF FIRE PREVENTION REGULATIONS
NOTICE OF STATUTORY PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with requirements of M.G.L. c.148, s. 10, and M.G.L. c. 30A, notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be conducted by the Board of Fire Prevention Regulations. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments, petitions, or recommendations to propose changes to 527 CMR 1.00, the Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Safety Code. Input may be provided orally or in writing at the time of the hearing. The hearing will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., and is open to the public virtually through the Microsoft Teams videoconference link below.
NOTICE OF MEETING
A regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Fire Prevention Regulations will be held immediately following the aforementioned public hearing on Thursday, October 6, 2022.
