- Executive Director Report:
- Executive Director explained that the new licensing platform, eLIPSE will be used for all upcoming renewals. The eLIPSE platform will be used for all license matters moving forward.

- There were no CEU Approvals to report
- Executive Director reported that there were 6 outstanding pre needs reports that have been sent to the Office of Investigations for review

- Application Review – IA-0003972240
- Joseph Gliniecki seeks reinstatement of apprentice license. Has previously held two prior apprentice licenses covering a period of 16 years. Needs board approval. Mr. Gliniecki has been accepted to the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service, but must first complete prerequisite courses at community college. The Board discussed the matter and agreed to grant the reinstatement of the license with the understanding that this would expire 10/20/2027. Board emphasized no further renewals are permitted.
- Rebecca Ridley moved, and it was seconded by Richard Gormley, and the members present by majority VOTED: to approve the reinstatement of the license to October 20, 2027 with no additional extensions after that

- Kenneth Casper commented on the MAVRIC system and vital records. He mentioned the requirement to have documentation when removing a body. He expressed concern that it was difficult to have documentation in hand when a body is removed, particularly from a home.

- At 11:11 A.M. Richard Gormley made a motion, and it was seconded by Rebecca Ridley and the members presented by majority VOTED: to exit Public Session and enter Closed Investigative Conference under M.G.L. c. 112, s 65C.
