Overview of Cape Bridges Program - Bourne, Open House 5/17/23
The public is encouraged to attend this in-person Open House hosted by MassDOT to learn more about the proposed Cape Cod Bridges Program in Bourne, MA, and provide feedback.
Purpose:
An in-person Open House will be hosted at the Bourne Veteran’s Memorial Community Center to provide updates on the Cape Cod Bridges Program. There will be information on the Environmental Notification Form, status of the Program, interchange alternatives, potential bridge locations and lane configurations, maps of the Program Area, and next steps. Public input will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible.
Translation services will be available in Spanish, Portuguese and ASL.
Proposal:
This Program will include the replacement of the Bourne and Sagamore bridges, provide new connections to the local roadway network and improve multimodal accommodations within the Cape Cod Canal area.
