Overview
On Wednesday, June 26, MassDOT is holding a hybrid (in-person/ online) Capital Investment Plan Meeting. This meeting is open to the public.
Join the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, in partnership with Montachusett Regional Planning Commission, to learn more about MassDOT’s five-year Capital Investment Plan (CIP) and provide your comments. The CIP guides how the Commonwealth prioritizes and funds local and statewide transportation projects, including railroad, transit, accessibility upgrades, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, roadway and bridge improvements, and municipal projects. Attendees may arrive as early as 5:45 p.m. to avoid conflicting with tech set up.
Where: MassDOT Highway Building, Fourth Floor Training Room, 499 Plantation Parkway, Worcester, MA
Directions: Enter "MassDOT District 3 Headquarters" into your GPS. The building is located at 499 Plantation Parkway, but depending on your GPS application, the address stated may not bring you directly to our location. The building is located on Plantation Parkway across from the Residence Inn by Marriot. Upon arriving, please use the second/upper parking lot to access the main entrance. Once you enter the main entrance, turn right, and enter the large conference room on the left.
Parking: Park on upper level in the MassDOT Highways lot. Parking is free.
Arriving by Transit: Worcester Regional Transit Authority Bus 16 from Union Station to Plantation Towers.
Meetings will be accessible to those with disabilities and with limited English proficiency. Accessibility and language services will be provided free of charge upon request and as available. Presentation materials will be made available in multiple languages upon request.
