Capital Investment Plan Meeting Northern Middlesex/Merrimack Valley

Join the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments to learn more about MassDOT's five-year Capital Investment Plan (CIP) and provide your comments. The CIP guides how the Commonwealth prioritizes and funds local and statewide transportation projects, including railroad, transit, accessibility upgrades, roadway and bridge improvements, and municipal projects.
