- Update on Intergovernmental Service Agreement (ISA) between EOHHS and DMH regarding “911 Study” mandated in FY 2022 Budget earmark in 4000-0300 line item. (Scott Taberner and Mathew Broderick)
- Update on status of contract between DMH and the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health (MAMH) regarding 2 studies:
- Crisis response, in response to the provisions of Section 117 of Chapter 253, the Police Reform Act of 2020
- Disposition of 911 calls, as set forth in the FY 2022 Budget, 4000-0300 line item (Mathew Broderick)
- Presentation/discussion by Danna Mauch, President and CEO of the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health.
- Overview of workplan and timeline for each of the two studies listed in item 3
