Core Champions Train-the Trainer Program: Deeper Dives in Trauma and Resilience

We are excited to offer this unique opportunity for early childhood providers and organizational leaders to deepen their understanding of trauma, race, and resilience to better support young children in their care. As you may be aware, EEC is releasing a series of LMS based trainings on trauma, race, and resilience that all early childhood educators will take. The modules will give educators basic information on the topic and will hopefully shape how they approach trauma and resilience in their classrooms. We see those modules as a great start in a journey for an early childhood educator to become trauma responsive. The next step in that journey will be them attending virtual or in person deeper dive trainings in their region. That is where we hope YOU come in and participate in this train-the-trainer series so you can train early childhood educators in your region!

Session Overview 

This train-the-trainer series allows YOU become the Core Champion in trauma, race, and resilience trainings in your area. The PDC3 train the trainer program involves 22 hours of training, including 2 in person sessions in Central Massachusetts and 5 virtual modules. At the end of the program, you will be an approved trainer and will be requested to offer six opportunities for deep dive trainings in your region on trauma, race, and resilience in early childhood education.
