Overview

Join the Designer Selection Board on September 11th at 8:30AM for a presentation/Board conversation with Betsy Isenstein, Deputy Commissioner of Facilities Management and Decarbonization, and Sarah Creighton, Climate Strategist. The presentation is offered as an AIA CES credit of 1LU/HSW. 

The Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) will share an overview of the agency’s Zero Carbon Initiative and how the Commonwealth’s climate goals apply to public projects. This session will address project planning and design of Commonwealth public buildings that are high performance and low carbon design, including evaluation of right-sizing, setting goals for building efficiency, and achieving low carbon and resilient design.
